Job Description:
School Receptionist Required – Chichester
At Engage Education Services, we specialise in recruiting high-quality support staff for schools, and we are currently looking for an enthusiastic School Receptionist to join a welcoming school in Chichester on a full-time basis.
Our team has built an excellent reputation across the local area, and we are looking for dedicated and professional office staff to continue supporting our partner schools.
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
About the RoleYou’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, staff, students and parents, providing a warm and professional welcome. Duties may include:
*Using the school’s internal systems to input and maintain data
*Supporting the Office Manager with administrative tasks
*Communicating clearly and professionally with staff, families and external agencies
*Welcoming visitors and issuing badges/passes
*Logging student lateness and attendance where required
*Liaising with external suppliers and handling deliveries
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:*Previous experience working in a school environment
*A genuine interest in contributing to a supportive educational setting
*Experience using SIMS (or similar School Management Systems)
*Strong communication and organisation skills
