Role Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist a Senior Fee Earner in handling a diverse caseload of multi-track personal injury claims. Depending on your experience, you may also manage your own caseload of fast-track personal injury cases. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to the full lifecycle of claims - from initial onboarding through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to a Senior Fee Earner on a mixed personal injury caseload
*
(Depending on experience) manage your own fast-track personal injury cases
*
Deliver comprehensive administrative and case management support
*
Progress cases efficiently using the firm’s case management system
*
Handle incoming calls and communications, ensuring appropriate triage
*
Schedule client and stakeholder appointments, and manage diaries
*
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
*
Liaise professionally with clients and external stakeholders throughout the claim process
*
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as required

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a personal injury legal environment is essential
*
Exposure to multi-track personal injury or clinical negligence cases is highly desirable
*
Experience in fast-track claims will also be considered
*
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks proactively
