Interim Head Teacher – Primary School
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Until April 2026, with potential extension to September 2026
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small, rural primary school that is part of a well-established North Lincolnshire academy trust. We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Head Teacher who can drive rapid improvement in teaching quality and pupil attainment, while fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.

Key Responsibilities
*Provide strategic leadership and set a clear vision for school improvement.
*Ensure high-quality teaching and learning across all key stages.
*Use data effectively to monitor progress and implement targeted interventions.
*Manage resources and budgets efficiently.
*Promote staff development and wellbeing.
*Engage positively with parents, governors, and the academy trust.
