Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the Systems Accountant will play a key role in managing and developing financial systems, supporting finance operations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities include:
* Administration and maintenance of the core finance system and associated reporting and payroll platforms

* Supporting system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new functionality

* Providing end-user support and training across the business for finance systems

* Developing and maintaining key management reports using recognised reporting tools

* Working closely with finance and operational teams to enhance systems, controls, and processes

* Assisting with monthly management accounts and group reporting

* Supporting statutory reporting and consolidation processes

* Providing ad hoc support across the wider finance team where required

The Successful Candidate Will:
* Have experience in a finance systems or management accounting role

* Possess strong technical and systems skills, ideally with exposure to ERP systems

* Be confident with data and reporting tools

* Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Be proactive, adaptable, and collaborative, with a focus on process improvement
