About the Role:
Prospero Teaching is seeking motivated graduates to join our TeachAhead Programme as Graduate Teaching Assistants. These long-term placements are perfect for those looking to gain classroom experience before starting teacher training.
Youll work across Primary, Secondary, and SEN settings in the Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole areas, supporting pupils and teachers to create an engaging learning environment.

Role Details:
*Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
*Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant

*Pay: From £90.74 per day
What Were Looking For:
*Recent graduate (2:2 or higher preferred)
*Passion for education and helping young people succeed
*Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to engage and motivate students
*Experience working with children or young people (in any capacity) is advantageous but not essential.
Requirements:
*Right to work in the UK
*Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply)
*Two professional references
