The Opportunity
A highly regarded regional law firm in Taunton is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its well-established and supportive team.
You’ll be managing a varied and high-quality private client caseload, advising on all aspects of wills, probate, trusts, estate planning and lasting powers of attorney. The firm acts for a broad range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners and families across Somerset and the wider South West.
Key Responsibilities
*Handle your own caseload of private client matters including wills, estate administration, LPAs, trusts and Court of Protection work (if desired)
*Provide clear, pragmatic advice to clients with empathy and professionalism
*Work closely with colleagues in the team, with full secretarial and paralegal support
*Optionally get involved in business development and networking – though the team already has a strong pipeline of work
What You’ll Need
*Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx)
*Minimum 3 years PQE in private client law
*Experience advising on wills, probate, trusts and LPAs
*A client-focused and proactive approach, with strong communication skills
