Private Client Senior Solicitor or Legal Executive – Taunton or Tiverton

This law firm is very well-established with multiple offices across the South West. It already has a sizable and collaborative private client department and remains busy
The position is a senior-level role within the private client department.
You will handle complex private client matters, support team management and potentially step into leadership responsibilities.
The role offers flexibility in office location (Tiverton, Taunton or potentially others) and can accommodate remote work for part of the week
Responsibilities:
*Manage a complex caseload of private client matters
*Provide support to the overall head of department
*Potential to progress to Team Leader very quickly
*Assist with team management and oversight, supporting less experienced team members
*Work collaboratively across multiple office locations
*Handle probate, trusts, wills and court protection work as needed
*Cover the more complicated estate & trusts work
About You:
*Solicitor or legal Executive
*Experienced within private client law
*At least 2 years PQE
*Able to manage complex caseloads independently
*Willingness to work across multiple office locations or remotely as needed
*Open-minded about taking on leadership or head of department duties as/when required
