What will you do?
*Estate and asset protection planning
*Creating & drafting of onshore trusts
*Will drafting (including tax efficient wills incorporating trusts)
*Probate and Estate Administration
*Court of Protection matters
*Powers of attorney
*Act for families, individuals, trustees and private wealth advisories
*(experience of all of these elements is not essential)

What will you need?
*To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
*To be a solicitor or legal executive with at least 4 years PQE within private client law
*STEP membership beneficial, but not essential
