Description
The UK tax accountant will be responsible for:
· Preparing UK companies’ corporation tax returns.
· Dealing with HMRC correspondence.
· Calculating quarterly instalment payments.
· Arranging tax payments.
· Preparing current and deferred tax numbers for statutory accounts.
· Calculating tax estimates for forecasting.
· Liaising with external advisors.
· Preparing PAYE settlement agreement calculations.
· Pillar 2 compliance.
· Transfer Pricing methodology and calculations.
Profile
UK Tax Accountant should have:
*A professional qualification in tax or accountancy (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA).
*In-depth knowledge of UK tax regulations and compliance.
*Experience in corporate tax
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Proficiency in tax software and financial systems.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
