Description
*Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes and supplier relationships
*Conduct variance analysis and monitor cost tracking across the business
*Prepare and deliver supplier summaries and reporting for management review
*Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
*Drive Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support strategic decision-making
*Prepare monthly management accounts and ensure compliance with reporting standards
*Post monthly journals including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments
Profile
A successful Interim Finance Manager should have:
*Professional qualifications in accounting or finance, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
*Strong proficiency in Excel
*Demonstrable background in preparing monthly management accounts
*Background in biotech, life sciences, or related industries desirable
*Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
*Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a small finance team
Job Offer
