The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a seasoned Family Law Solicitor with Child Panel Accreditation and a solid following or existing caseload. You’ll be joining a supportive and growing team that delivers high-quality legal advice and representation in complex and sensitive family matters, particularly those involving children.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Managing a caseload of public law children matters and other complex family cases
*Providing expert legal representation and guidance to vulnerable clients under legal aid
*Collaborating within a small, specialist team with national reach
*Supporting the ongoing growth and development of the department
*Engaging with clients compassionately and professionally
*Contributing to business development initiatives and maintaining your professional network

About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will:
*Be a Child Panel Accredited Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE
*Have an established following, active caseload, or strong referral network
