Newstaff Employment Services has an exciting opportunity for experienced Car Sales Executives, to join a long established and successful car dealership based in Hemel Hempstead.
Candidates must have at least one year’s previous sales experience in the automotive industry.
Essential Skills:
*Sales experience – in the automotive industry or a similar high value sales environment.
*Experience of delivering first class customer service in a customer facing environment
*Excellent communication skills
*Drive to exceed targets
*Influencing and negotiation skills, having the ability to identify and close the sale.
*Full UK driving licence
The Role:
Based in their newly refurbished showroom, your duties will include:
*Meeting and greeting potential customers visiting the showroom and advising and assisting them in their purchase choice of a new vehicle.
*Explaining features and benefits of vehicles to customers.
*Answering any questions they may have.
*Advising on payments options etc.
*Ensuring you offer a high level of customer service at all times.
*Closing the sale.
Reporting to the Sales Manager.
Hours: Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week and every other Sunday.

Basic salary + OTE to £65,000 pa
