Job Duties:
*Drive the production of monthly management accounts, forecasts, and performance insights.
*Play a key role in shaping and delivering annual budgets.
*Provide impactful financial and commercial analysis to boost business performance.
*Partner with Operations, HR, and IT teams to enhance financial visibility and empower smarter decisions.
*Champion process improvements and identify innovative cost-saving opportunities.
*Uphold strong financial governance through compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Ideal experience
*AAT qualified, part-qualified, or an experienced accountant with equivalent expertise.
*Exceptional analytical thinker with a talent for solving complex problems.
*Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, even when working to tight deadlines.
*Advanced Excel proficiency
*Collaborative and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence at all levels.
