Finance Administrator
Liverpool City Centre
Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Adaptable Recruitment are proud to be working with a well-established organisation based in Liverpool City Centre, who are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join their growing finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career within finance. The role would suit an experienced office administrator, a recent graduate looking to gain practical finance experience, or an AAT studier seeking a supportive environment to develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage incoming payments and ensure accurate allocation to customer accounts
*Carry out regular reconciliations of bank and client accounts to maintain up-to-date financial records
*Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and assist in resolving payment queries
*Support month-end processes by preparing data, reports, and documentation for review
*Maintain accurate records within the accounting system, ensuring transactions are entered correctly
*Handle general finance and administrative queries promptly via email and telephone
*Provide broader administrative support across the finance function when required
Key Requirements:
*Previous experience in an administrative or finance support role is desirable
*Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well within a team environment
*Ideal for candidates with some office experience, recent graduates, or AAT studiers seeking to develop a finance career
