Job Description:
Juice is excited to be partnering exclusively with a boutique property company in their search for a Lettings negotiator. This established team is looking for someone to join the team on a 9 month contract.
DAY TO DAY –
*Be first point of contact via phone, email, and online
*Qualify interested parties ensuring system has all the right information
*Arrange and conduct viewings
*Make sure all listings are posted on internal and external platforms
*Right to rent checks, reference checks and more
*Support wider team with general administration including maintenance requests and inspections
ALL ABOUT YOU –
*Fantastic communication skills
*Strong organisational skills
*Work to targets when needed
*Knowledge of lettings legislation
*Own car and full clean driving license
*Some transport required to other office to cover when needed
AND FOR YOU –
*25 days + Holiday
*Pension scheme
