*Provide invaluable support to your stakeholders through your involvement with skills and talent mapping.
*Effective people management.
*Supporting and enabling change.
*Using data and insights to find evidence based solutions to problems and to make continuous improvements.
About You;
*Qualified CIPD member
*You’ll demonstrate sound and in-depth knowledge of the company’s people policies, processes, and guidance documents across the HRD spectrum
*You’ll be a people-person and a confident communicator.
*You will think broadly and recognise the bigger picture, not acting in isolation or in silo.
*A strong and credible foundation of core knowledge in people practice, including policy, regulation and law, workforce planning, change, performance management, employer brand, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.
