About the Account Handler Role
*You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of commercial clients and those in various specialist sectors and professions - supporting them with renewals, MTA’s, day-to-day servicing, queries and cover reviews.
*You’ll deal directly with insurers and clients, providing clear, efficient service that helps build trust and long-term relationships.
*You’ll work on new business enquiries either independently or alongside the Account Executive team.
*This is a broad, varied role with lots to get involved in.
*You’ll also be part of a team that’s shaping the way things are done.
What You’ll Need
*2-5+ years’ experience in a commercial insurance role.
*Knowledge of key insurance lines and client needs.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
*Confidence working directly with clients and insurers.
*A mindset geared toward learning, development, and improvement.
*Cert CII is useful but not essential as full support is available.
Salary & Benefits
*£30,000-£40,000 depending on experience.
