Warehouse Manager - Glasgow
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 (Up to 50% Bonus, £55K+ OTE)

Our client, a well-established business with a small but busy in-house warehouse, is looking for a Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of their operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
The Role:
*Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch
*Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock control
*Lead and motivate a small team, maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety
*Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
*Identify and implement improvements to optimise warehouse performance
The Candidate:
*Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager within small - medium Logistics distribution and supply chain environment
*Strong leadership and organisational skills
*Practical, hands-on approach with attention to detail
*Experience with stock control systems is preferred
*Able to motivate and manage a small team effectively

*Competitive salary: £35,000-£40,000
