Duties:
*Provide dynamic and motivational support to the external sales team to assist in exceeding Company targets and providing exceptional Sales & Customer Services.
*Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate new sales leads and opportunities.
*Nurture existing customer accounts by providing excellent customer service, addressing enquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction in order to develop customer relationships.
*Prepare and present product demonstrations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients.
*Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
*Project Tracking activities and updating relevant information on CRM.
