NonStop Consulting is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in the Yorkshire area, in order to help them find an experienced Fostering Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.
This is a home based role, which will allow you to have a good work - life balance.

Key Responsibilities of the Fostering Social Worker:

The Fostering Social Worker will oversee 3 foster families located in Bradford and in Leeds. They will also be involved in the development of this area, so part of the responsibilities will also include:
- helping developing the area
- undertaking initial visits
- working closely with the fostering recruitment team
- completing Form F Assessments
This role offers a very big opportunity for promotion. The fostering agency is a well established IFA with services around the Midlands and the South East of England area currently.
They are looking to expand into the Yorkshire area and this will give you the opportunity to help them build a hub there and grow it. You can therefore progress your career with them very quickly and be part of this exciting project.
Requirements:
*Qualified Social Worker
*fostering experience - ideally in an Independent Fostering Agency
*experience in completing Form F Assessments
*being passionate about fostering
*Full driving licence
