About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Specialist to join a dynamic team in the crop protection sector. This role is pivotal in driving market entry for innovative agricultural solutions, starting with cereal fungicides and expanding into other crop segments. You will act as the technical bridge between the business and its customers, creating demand through technical expertise and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
*Sales Growth: *Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to set and achieve targets for new product launches.
*Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
*Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and improvements.
*Support the Commercial Manager in delivering regional priorities.

*Customer Engagement: *Deliver technical support for key projects and products, both online and in-field, primarily in cereals.
*Build strong relationships with advisers, growers, and other influential stakeholders.
*Organize demand creation activities such as farmer meetings, on-farm support, and trial management.
*Assist operational marketing in executing regional plans.

What We’re Looking For
*Strong technical knowledge of crop protection, plant physiology, crop production, plant nutrition, and soil health.
*Familiarity with biorationals, biostimulants, and plant growth regulators is advantageous.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong planning and IT skills.
Education & Experience:
*Degree in Agriculture or related field (e.g., Soil Biology, Plant Pathology, Agronomy).
*BASIS certification (mandatory).
*Minimum 5 years of technical experience in crop protection; experience with biorationals and biostimulants is a plus.
