Must Have’s
*Previous experience of making outbound calls
*Confidence in calling potential clients
*Ability to prioritise workload based on sales pipeline and strategic goals
*Resilience and professionalism in handling objections


Nice to Have’s
*Experience in financial services or contact centre environment
*Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools


So, what will you be doing?
*Calling warm leads to qualify opportunities and refer them to the broking team
*Communicating effectively and handling objections
*Maintaining and updating the sales pipeline, organising leads by renewal date
*Working with sales and business development teams to align priorities and goals
*Providing excellent service to internal stakeholders and potential customers
