Job Description:
Accounts Payable Assistant - Contract 3 - 6 months
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team, focusing on the processing of invoices and supporting business accounting activities. This role is based in our Marlow office, offering the opportunity to support teams across the UK, the US, and Germany.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Support the Accounts Payable function by ensuring invoices are processed and matched against purchase orders in a timely manner.
*Assist with ad-hoc tasks including processing expenses and managing credit card transactions.
*Utilise Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP (or equivalent) to perform daily tasks.
*Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required by the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience working in Accounts Payable is essential.
*Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP or equivalent systems.
*Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
*Reliable, flexible, and adaptable to meet the needs of the business.
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
