Job Title: Workplace Catering Assistant (Temporary)
Location: Wallingford
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 12th January
Hours: 7:30-1:30 Mon-Thu /Mon-fri
Pay Rate: £14 per hour
Role Overview:
We are seeking a temporary Catering Assistant to join our workplace team in Wallingford. This role is ideal for someone with food preparation experience and a strong focus on maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
*Food preparation and basic cooking tasks
*Stocking and maintaining food service areas
*Serving customers in a professional and friendly manner
*Clearing and cleaning work areas
*Dishwashing and general kitchen clean-up
Please note: There is no requirement to be involved in inventory management.
Requirements:
*Level 2 Food Safety Certificate (mandatory)
*Level 3 Food Safety Certificate (desirable but not essential)
*Previous experience in a catering or food service environment preferred
*Ability to work efficiently and maintain high hygiene standards
Hours & Contract:
*Temporary position until 12th January
*Immediate start
