Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of their operational processes and drive efficiency across the business.
They’re looking for a true operations wizard - someone who can streamline workflows, enhance their use of Acturis, and ensure best practices are embedded throughout the organisation.
This is a senior-level role that requires confidence, leadership, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be responsible for improving existing systems, implementing new procedures, and holding teams accountable to maintain the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
*Review, refine and optimise operational processes across the business
*Lead the effective use of Acturis, ensuring the system is fully utilised and maintained
*Identify areas for improvement and drive operational change
*Support and train staff to ensure processes are understood and followed
*Maintain consistency, compliance, and quality throughout all functions
*Work closely with senior leadership to align operations with business objectives
The Ideal Candidate
*Minimum 10 years’ experience in operations within the insurance industry
*Proven Acturis expertise - confident managing, improving, and training on the system
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and hold others accountable
*Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
*Passionate about driving efficiency, structure, and continuous improvement
