The Company
A well-established business who are growing at an exponential rate are looking to fill several roles across their customer service and operations teams! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with general office, admin, or customer service experience who’s confident managing multiple tasks and is ready to step into a more dynamic role.
Working within the Property / Construction industry it would be an advantage if you have prior knowledge, but if not, there is an excellent training and induction programme in place.
Assessment Day: Tuesday 25 November.
Start Date: Monday 6 January.
The Role
Working in either team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping property insurance claims moving efficiently, acting as a point of contact between suppliers (such as restoration and construction specialists), clients, and internal teams – ensuring everything is delivered on time and to standard.
Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinating communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
*Reviewing work scopes and supporting cost validation.
*Tracking progress and ensuring key milestones are met.
*Liaising with all stakeholders to agree repair plans and timelines.
*Helping to resolve any issues or delays.
*Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
About You
*Previous office-based experience in admin, coordination, or customer service.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
*A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new skills.
*Experience in insurance, claims, or construction is helpful but not essential.
