We are seeking a dedicated SEN Vocational Instructor in Construction to join our team. Day-to-day of the role:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Vocational Instructor in Construction, with specific experience working with SEN students.
*Strong understanding of the challenges faced by SEN students and effective strategies for engagement and instruction.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students with diverse learning needs.
*Qualifications in SEN education or a related field are highly desirable.
*Familiarity with current construction techniques, tools, and safety protocols.
