Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Order Processor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
*Accurately process customer orders using internal systems.
*Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Admin, Logistics) to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
*Monitor stock levels and availability to fulfil orders.
*Handle customer queries regarding orders, deliveries, and returns.
*Maintain and update customer records and order history.
*Generate invoices and ensure correct pricing and discounts are applied.
*Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required.
*Identify and resolve any order discrepancies or issues.
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a sales order processing or administrative role.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
*Experience with ERP or CRM systems is desirable.
