Job Description:
Job Title - Customer Service Administrator
Location - Worsley
Type - Long term Temporary potential to be made permanent
Pay - £14.15 per hour (paid weekly)
Hours: Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm - Working 37.5 hours on a shift basis.
I am working with a large well-known business who are looking to grow the team. This will be on an ongoing temporary basis. Initially it will be office based, then once training is complete hybrid working is an option.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to handle customer inquiries over the phone. They should also be able to process orders on internal CRMs accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
*Handle customer inquiries over the phone and provide them with accurate information.
*Process orders on internal CRMs accurately and efficiently.
*Work closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

*Proven experience as an Order Processor or similar role.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Have a personable and compassionate approach to calls due to the nature of the clients.
