You will be managing a caseload of costs files in relation to personal injury and general insurance costs matters. Your responsibilities will include drafting Pints of Disputes and Replies, drafting and negotiating budgets and advising clients.
Experience You Will Need:
You will need significant costs drafting experience and a demonstrated track record of working on personal injury and insurance costs files.
