Land & New Homes Manager - Hertfordshire
Location: Hertfordshire (office-based with travel to developments)
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + 10% commission on all sales
OTE:£60,000+ (uncapped)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Land & New Homes Sales
About the Role
Our client, a respected and ambitious estate agency, is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Land & New Homes Manager to take ownership of their expanding Land & New Homes division.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident dealing with property developers, investors, and new build sites, and who can bring both commercial acumen and credibility to every conversation.
You’ll be responsible for developing strong relationships with developers, managing multiple developments, and ensuring consistent new business growth.
Key Responsibilities
*Build and maintain relationships with local and regional property developers.
*Source and appraise new land opportunities and development sites.
*Oversee the marketing and sales of new homes across multiple developments.
*Advise developers on pricing, marketing strategies, and sales progression.
*Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects confidently and professionally.
*Collaborate with internal teams to maximise exposure and conversion rates.
*Regular site visits and meetings with developers.
*Represent the business at networking events, site launches, and viewings.
About You
*Minimum 1 year of experience in Land & New Homes Sales - essential.
*Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
*Able to hold credible, knowledgeable conversations with developers and investors.
*Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware.
*Excellent relationship-builder with a proactive approach to business development.
*Well-presented, professional, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Package & Benefits
*Basic salary up to £35,000, depending on experience.
*10% commission on all sales (uncapped).
*Realistic OTE of £60,000+ in year one.
