Lettings Negotiator – Canary Wharf
Location: Canary Wharf, East London
Salary: £20,000–£25,000 basic + OTE £50,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm (occasional Saturday rotation)
Sector: Residential Lettings / Estate Agency

�? What you’ll be doing: *Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Conducting viewings and matching applicants to suitable properties
*Negotiating offers and seeing deals through to completion
*Sourcing new business and maintaining regular contact with landlords
*Ensuring all lettings processes and compliance requirements are met
*Providing exceptional customer service at every stage of the lettings process
?? What we’re looking for: *Previous experience in lettings, sales, or customer service preferred
*Confident communicator with a professional and personable approach
*Target-driven and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
*Excellent organizational and time-management skills
*Well-presented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
*A full UK driving licence is ideal but not essential
