Job Title: Warehouse Administrator
Location: Bedford
Pay Rate: £13.69 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday - 1PM-9.30PM
Contract Type: Temporary – Ongoing
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Administrator to join their team in Bedford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills who thrives in a busy warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities *Liaise with suppliers, parcel carriers, and transport providers in line with warehouse requirements.
*Provide accurate and timely reports to the line manager.
*Carry out general administrative duties to support the warehouse team.
*Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet business needs.
*Answer customer queries and handle telephone enquiries in a professional manner.
Experience & Skills Required *Previous experience in a warehousing environment is preferred.
*Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or other operations management systems is advantageous.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
What’s on Offer *Competitive hourly rate of £13.69.
*Monday to Friday shift – no weekends!
*Immediate start with a well-established client.
