Package: £26,000 - £28,000 basic salary + uncapped commission

*Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
*Manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer stage
*Build and maintain long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
*Conduct candidate interviews
*Business development to bring on board new clients
*Work towards monthly targets
About You:
*Degree educated
*Personal achievements whether this is from sport, music, academics, or any other areas you’ve excelled in
*You’re ambitious, resilient, and eager to learn
*You thrive in a fast-paced, goal orientated environment
