Business Development – Luxury Interiors | Central London | £45–50k + uncapped commission (OTE £80k–£150k+) Are you a hard-hitting business developer who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close deals in the residential property space?
I’m representing a fast-growing interiors brand that’s transforming how developers, investors, and homeowners approach interior design and furniture packages. They’re looking for a Business Development professional with energy, creativity, and the hunger to win.
About the Role
You’ll be driving new business across London and the Home Counties, targeting developers, agents, and investors who want beautifully designed, fully furnished interiors for their schemes or high-end homes.
This isn’t a role for someone who hides behind a big brand. You’ll need to pick up the phone, network hard, and get face to face with decision-makers — positioning a design-led product that genuinely adds value.
What You’ll Bring
*Proven experience in sales or business development — ideally from a developer, new homes, design, or interiors background
*A strong network within residential property — developers, investors, or high-end agents
*Tenacity, hunger, and a commercial mindset — someone who thrives on activity and results
*A balance of sales drive and creative thinking – able to sell design, not just data
*Confident in presentations, proposals, and face-to-face selling

*Basic salary: £45,000–£50,000
*Uncapped commission (OTE £80k first year, top performers £150k+)
