Are you a driven and customer-focused sales professional looking for your next challenge serving the construction and utilities sectors!
As the Internal Sales Account Manager of a friendly team , you’ll be the go-to contact for your customers—building strong relationships, providing technical advice, and ensuring every order runs smoothly from quotation to delivery.
Based near Colnbrook- Driver essential
?? Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm, Onsite
?? Salary: £30,000- £40,000 DOE with a bonus structure.
What You’ll Be Doing *Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customers while seeking new opportunities.
*Producing competitive and accurate quotations in a fast-paced environment.
*Following up on quotes to secure orders and drive business growth.
*Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to meet customer needs.
*Liaising with stores, purchasing, and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
*Handling customer collections, cash sales, and occasional warehouse assistance when needed.
*Providing excellent service and proactive problem-solving every step of the way.
What We’re Looking For *At least 3 years’ sales office experience in a technical or commercial environment.
*Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
*Confident using computerised stock and quotation systems.
*A self-motivated, team-oriented individual with a "can-do" attitude.
*Ideally qualified to A-Level standard or higher (HNC/HND/Degree beneficial).
*A passion for customer satisfaction and getting it right first time.
