What will you do as theFinancial Controller
*Managing all accounting functions and records.
*Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
*Preparing and reviewing management accounts, cash flow, and balance sheets.
*Overseeing month-end close and transaction recording.
*Managing bank/client relationships and collaborating across all departments.
*Driving process improvement and supporting key business decisions.
What do you need to be the Financial Controller
*Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar.
*ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
*Experience managing a finance team.
*Proficiency in Xero/Sage accounting software.
*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
*Proactive, driven, and excellent attention to detail.
