Business Development Manager
Location: Leicester City Centre
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Holiday: 20 Days + Bank Holidays
Gemini People are expanding, and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to help grow our client base across new and existing sectors.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing long-term relationships, and promoting our transparent and innovative recruitment model.
Key Responsibilities:*Identify and develop new business opportunities
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
*Present Gemini People’s services and unique pricing model
*Achieve and exceed sales targets
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
What We Offer:*Competitive basic salary of £26,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
*Excellent commission structure with no cap, no threshold
