Management Accountant - Liverpool (Hybrid | Study Support | Excellent Benefits)

What You’ll Be Doing
*Produce and analyse monthly management accounts for the group and subsidiaries.
*Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and lead monthly budget review meetings.
*Support annual budget setting and ongoing budget management.
*Assist in preparing financial statements and coordinating external audits.
*Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls.
*Drive value-for-money initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement.
*Contribute to long-term financial planning, including VAT and corporation tax planning.
What We’re Looking For
*Part-qualified
*Solid understanding of financial reporting, management accounting, and business planning.
*Proven experience in a finance role within a large or complex organisation.
*Excellent IT literacy - advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems.
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
*A proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
