Job Description:
A highly respected law firm in Warwickshire is seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor or OISC Level 3 Caseworker to join their dedicated team.

What you’ll do:
*Managing a varied caseload, including visa applications, asylum claims, appeals, entry clearance, residency, sponsor licences, and judicial reviews.
*Handling business-related immigration cases, such as Tier 1 entrepreneur visas, sponsor license applications, and intra-company transfers.
* Providing clear, empathetic legal advice while ensuring compliance with UK immigration laws.
* Mentoring junior staff, fostering their growth within an inclusive team environment.
* Stay updated on legislative changes to deliver accurate and effective solutions for clients.
* Drafting high-quality legal documents such as witness statements, appeal bundles, and representations.
What You Bring:
* Qualified Immigration Solicitor (SRA registered) or OISC Level 3 accredited Caseworker with proven experience in complex immigration cases. IAA qualifiction would also be considered.
* Strong knowledge of UK immigration laws and regulatory frameworks.
* Exceptional communication skills to guide clients through challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
* Experience supervising junior staff and contributing to team development.
* Organisational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently without compromising quality.
