Nursery Practitioner – Early Years (Level 3 or equivalent) London – New Cross area
Up to £28-31k per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Full-time | Permanent | On-site position
About the OpportunityOur client, a highly rated and well-established nursery in the New Cross area, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their thriving team.

Your RoleAs a valued member of the team, you’ll play a vital role in shaping children’s early learning experiences through creativity, care, and connection.
Key responsibilities include:
*Delivering high-quality care and learning experiences in line with EYFS guidelines
*Acting as a Key Person, supporting children’s individual needs and development
*Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
*Promoting a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
*Contributing to the nursery’s collaborative and positive team culture
About YouTo thrive in this role, you’ll bring energy, passion, and a genuine love for helping children grow.
Requirements:
*A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
*Previous experience working with children aged 0–5 years in a nursery setting
*Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development principles
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*A proactive, caring, and positive approach to learning and play
