Our client, a well-established and nurturing early years setting based in Woodford Green, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Nursery Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
*Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years
*Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences tailored to individual needs
*Observe, assess, and record children’s development
*Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with parents and carers
*Support children with daily routines, mealtimes, and personal care
*Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times


About You
We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for early years education and a warm, caring approach.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
*A full and relevant Level 2 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
*GCSEs (A–C / 5–9) in core subjects
*A sound understanding of child development and EYFS principles
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*A proactive, positive, and creative mindset
*Training in First Aid, Food Hygiene, Safeguarding, or FGM awareness is advantageous
