Asbestos Surveyor - Thames Valley
Location: Oxford
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000
We’re looking for a qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join our growing team in Oxford. This role offers a great opportunity to progress your career with a well-established company that values its people and invests in their development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct asbestos surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties
* Gather accurate site data and photographic evidence
* Ensure work complies with HSG264 and all current legislation
* Perform re-inspections and produce clear, detailed survey reports
* Represent the company professionally when liaising with clients
* Handle samples, documentation, and health & safety procedures correctly
Requirements:
* BOHS P402 qualification (essential)
* Experience working as an asbestos surveyor in a UKAS-accredited environment
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Confident working independently
* Full UK driving licence
* Willing to undergo a DBS check
