Finance Administrator
*Annual Salary: £30,000 pro rata
*Location: Watford
*Job Type: Part-time (21-28 hours per week)
We are seeking a proactive Finance Administrator to join our team in a small company with lovely offices located in Watford. This role offers flexible start and finish times, typically covering Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This is a permanent position ideal for someone who thrives in managing financial tasks and customer interactions.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Handling invoicing and managing the purchase ledger.
*Taking payments and assisting with credit control.
*Raising purchase orders as required.
*Addressing customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
*Ensuring accurate financial records and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proactive nature with the ability to work independently.
*Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Experience in finance administration tasks such as invoicing, credit control, and handling purchase orders.
*Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with QuickBooks are advantageous but not essential.
*Excellent communication skills.
