We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our client’s growing team and deliver exceptional payroll services to a diverse customer base.

What You’ll Do
*Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
*Handle statutory payments (sickness, maternity, paternity, adoption, parental leave) with confidence.
*Coordinate salary disbursements and maintain accurate payroll records.
*Act as a trusted point of contact for tax authorities and external providers.
*Apply knowledge of pensions and auto-enrolment regulations.
*Provide outstanding client support and resolve payroll queries promptly.
*Stay current with payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
What We’re Looking For
*Minimum 2 years’ payroll experience.
*Strong understanding of payroll legislation and manual calculations.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
Desirable:
*Payroll bureau experience.
*Familiarity with PayCircle or Cintra software.
*Professional payroll qualification (e.g. CIPP).
