Job Description:
The Finance Analyst will support decision-making by providing financial insights and analysis within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
This role requires a focus on financial planning, budgeting, and performance management in Nottingham.
This is a 100% office based role in Nottingham.

Our client is looking for someone who has completed the first stage of either their CIMA / ACCA Qualification.
Description
*Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making.
*Collaborate with departmental heads to create and monitor budgets.
*Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights.
*Support forecasting processes and identify trends and variances.
*Prepare detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
*Support with month end.
*Liaise with senior stakeholders.
*Monitor and manage financial risks to ensure compliance with policies.
*Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to improve processes.
*Provide guidance and recommendations for cost optimisation and efficiency.
Profile
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
*Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (CIMA / ACCA).
*AAT Qualified.
*Local to Nottingham and able to commute to their offices.
*Experience within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
*Ability to communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders.
*Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
*Strong Excel skills.
*Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
