A fantastic opportunity for an EA who is looking to take the next step in their career, to take on a C-Suite level EA role, providing support to the CEO and COO of a global finance firm located in the City. This is a maternity contract for 9 months initially, with a November start ideally to allow a handover. This is an incredibly busy role, very fast paced, and would suit someone who comes from banking or perhaps has some experience working on the trading floor. This is a full on role where the EA will be expected to deliver first class EA support, be highly flexible to meet the CEO needs, and be confident to hit the ground running.
5 days in the office
What you’ll do:
*Extensive complex diary management for the CEO
*Arrange all meetings internal and external meetings, including logistics
*Proactively schedule and arrange all travel, including flights, visas, currency exchange, chauffeurs and hotels
*Processes of monthly expenses and reports
*Oversee the preparation, execution, and tracking of key documents, including contracts, electronic approvals (Docusign), and executive-level authorisations
*Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
*Act as gatekeeper to the wider business as required
*Providing ad hoc support for any ad hoc projects

*Ability to maintain confidentiality on all aspects of workload
*Resilient and able to keep 1 step ahead
*Ability to remain calm under pressure
*Proactive ’can-do’ approach
*Highly organised and capable of multi-tasking
*A flexible approach to each working day
