Smart Repair Manager required in Derby
*Basic salary up to £42,000 DOE
*OTE £45k+
*Monday to Thursday 08:00–17:30
*Friday 08:00–17:00 | No weekends!
We’re looking for an experienced Smart Repair Manager to lead a growing team of Smart Repair and Alloy Wheel Technicians.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment, ensuring vehicles are prepared to the highest standards while keeping your team motivated and efficient!

What you’ll be doing:
*Managing and developing a team of Smart Repair and Alloy Wheel Technicians
*Overseeing repair quality and ensuring showroom-ready standards
*Monitoring performance against KPIs and driving efficiency
*Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across all processes
*Supporting training and skills development within your team
*Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth vehicle preparation
What we’re looking for:
*Proven leadership in an automotive repair environment
*Experience in SMART repair, paintwork, or alloy refurbishment
*Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
*Results-driven with attention to detail
*Full UK driving licence
