Job Description:
We’re looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a friendly and collaborative team of property lawyers based in central Stockport.
In this role, you’ll work alongside an experienced conveyancer, supporting a varied residential property caseload and gaining exposure to every stage of the conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities*Support an experienced conveyancer to ensure all files progress smoothly and efficiently.
*Handle case enquiries via telephone, email and digital communication systems.
*Prepare and manage documentation throughout the conveyancing process.
*Assist with completions and all associated administration between exchange and completion.
*Monitor shared inboxes during busy periods to maintain excellent client service.
*Help track file milestones, follow-ups and reporting to ensure timely completions.
*Use conveyancing technology and case management systems to enhance the client experience.
*Liaise professionally with clients, lenders, mortgage brokers and other legal professionals.
*Maintain accurate notes and handle correspondence promptly.
*Action task lists and data entry within agreed timescales.
What You’ll Need*Previous experience in a Conveyancing Assistant or Conveyancing Support role.
*Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
*Experience using Case Management Systems (Visual Files experience beneficial but not essential).
*Excellent organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail.
