As a Corporate Account Handler, you’ll become a trusted advisor to a portfolio of key clients, supporting them with expert broking and technical guidance across a wide range of commercial insurance products. This role offers the best of both worlds – a vibrant, modern Liverpool city centre office, plus the flexibility of home working.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Provide technical support to clients, delivering accurate and timely responses to queries.
*Handle new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments across a range of commercial insurance policies.
*Ensure all client documentation is accurate and completed within agreed timescales.
*Maintain a client-first approach, ensuring an outstanding level of service at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience within commercial insurance broking, ideally with exposure to larger, corporate risks. But we will also look at commercial experience!
*Confident technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial products.
*Someone who’s commercially savvy, client-focused, and always two steps ahead.
*Strong communication skills – you know how to listen, advise, and build lasting relationships.
*Excellent time management and attention to detail – you’re organised and on top of your game.
